Kerala’s traditional cuisine is fresh, with regional ingredients. Spices, coconuts, and tropical fruits are the main ingredients we used to see in our grandma’s recipes. Coconut is a common component found in desserts, chutneys, and curries. Lanternstay cuisine is served straight out of the grandma’s recipes and tried out by lakhs of taste buds. Rice is the basic component that any keralite can’t refuse to say NO. We are here to serve you varieties of rice dishes included in breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Appam, puttu, idiyappam, pathiri, nadan matta rice, ponni rice are our all time favorites of people.
